Forwarding Service
This is the fee rate for Forwarding Service. The initial handling fee starts from 380 yen.Rates vary according to parcel weight.

Packing Service
We use a special packing box; A packing box has thickness of 8mm and a paper envelop is durable. This service is suitable for re-packing or putting several items of goods in one large box.

Additional Fee
- If you use a deferred payment for your shopping, a handling fee is not charged. But you need deposit money into our account before the package is delivered.
- In case your bidding is unsuccessful or you would like to cancel Bidding Service, we will refund deposited money into your bank or PayPal account. (Transfer fee of bank is charged to you)
- In case you use COD, 350 yen is charged to you.
- We will charge you 5% of total amount as PayPal handling fee.
Example of use
- Only using forwarding service
We receive a parcel(300g) and forward it to European country's address using EMS.
(Handling fee for Forwarding Service)380 yen + (EMS)1,500 yen = (Total amount) 1,880 yen
- Using shopping support service + forwarding service
We make a purchase two items of goods (300g and 1200g) at two different online stores, and then send them to USA's address using small packet.

- Using bidding support service+forwarding service
